All orders placed before 2:30 PM (weekdays) are usually dispatched the same day.
🚚 Remote & Hard-to-Reach Areas
Royal Mail Special Delivery offers next working day delivery by 1PM to most UK addresses. However, please note that delivery to some remote postcodes — such as parts of the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland — may take up to 2–3 working days.
DPD also serves remote UK locations including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Highlands. In rare cases, these areas may incur an additional delivery charge or slightly longer shipping times.

🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery is not available at this time.
🔁 Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
🔁 Exchanges & Faulty Items
If you'd like to exchange an item because you changed your mind, you're welcome to — just note that you'll need to cover the redelivery cost.
If an item is faulty, we’ll send a replacement free of charge via our tracked service once the fault is confirmed.
Should the item be returned and found not to be faulty, the cost of resending it back to you will apply.
🚫 Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the full delivery cost (including packing and handling) is non-refundable. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, those costs are already committed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order.
