At Lovedo, we know how important it is for your order to arrive quickly, safely, and discreetly. That’s why we work with trusted UK couriers to deliver your products with care — from our virtual warehouse to your bedroom door.

We offer FREE standard delivery on qualifying orders based on your delivery location: 

UK Mainland (England, Wales & Scotland mainland)
Enjoy FREE delivery on orders over £59.99.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Due to higher courier costs, discounted delivery applies up to £119.99, with FREE delivery on orders over £119.99.

Delivery thresholds are automatically applied at checkout based on your postcode, so you’ll always see the correct delivery cost before completing your order.

📦 Discreet Packaging — Always

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. There’s no mention of Lovedo or what’s inside. Whether it's a gift or a private treat, your order stays your business. 

📅 Delivery Options 

Delivery options shown apply to UK Mainland addresses.

Tracking: All services include tracking.  
Signatures: Royal Mail Tracked services may not always require a signature. DPD services are delivered with signature where applicable. 

⏰ Dispatch Cut-Off Times

All UK orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

⏰ Busy Periods & High-Demand Events

During busy periods such as Christmas, seasonal promotions, major sales events (including Black Friday), or public holidays, delivery times may be affected by courier demand. While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and Lovedo cannot be held responsible for delays once an order is in the hands of the courier. 

🚚 Delivery Speeds & Remote Areas

When we refer to 24hr, Next Day, or Express delivery, this describes the courier service used after your order has been dispatched. For most UK mainland addresses, orders sent via Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DPD arrive on the next working day after dispatch.

However, delivery to some remote postcodes — including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland — may take 2–3 working days, even when a next-day or 24hr service is used. This is due to courier routing and location, rather than delays on our side.

DPD also delivers to remote UK locations such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Highlands. In rare cases, these destinations may involve a slightly longer delivery time or an additional shipping charge.

📦 Multiple Parcels

To ensure the fastest and most discreet delivery, some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. This allows us to source items from the best available supplier and avoid delays. You will always receive tracking details for every parcel, and you will never be charged extra for split deliveries.

📦 Safe Place Deliveries

If you choose to have your order delivered to a safe place, please be aware that this option is selected by the recipient via the courier, not by Lovedo. Delivery to a safe place does not require a signature, and once the parcel is left in the chosen location, the courier considers the delivery complete.

Because of this, Lovedo cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing after being delivered to a safe place.

If your delivery address is a shared or communal building, we strongly recommend choosing a delivery option that avoids safe place delivery or ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery is not available at this time.

🔁 Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

🔁 Exchanges & Faulty Items

If you'd like to exchange an item because you changed your mind, you'll need to cover the redelivery cost.

If an item is faulty, we’ll send a replacement free of charge via our tracked service once the fault is confirmed.

Should the item be returned and found not to be faulty, the cost of resending it back to you will apply.

🚫 Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the full delivery cost (including packing and handling) is non-refundable. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, those costs are already committed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order.
