Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via approved third-party providers. We do not store payment card details on our systems.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and offer discreet packaging for your privacy. Delivery options and estimated times are outlined at checkout. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £59.99, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). Orders below this threshold will incur a delivery charge based on the method selected at checkout. All delivery costs are clearly shown before payment is made.

7. Gift Cards & Promo Codes

Lovedo offers digital gift cards and promotional discount codes which can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Promo codes may have specific terms, including expiry dates, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

If a product is already discounted (e.g. in a sale or on special offer), promo codes will apply to the product’s original RRP, not the already reduced price — unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. If your card is unused and nearing expiry, contact us — we may be able to extend it. Promotional codes may be subject to specific terms, including expiry dates, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.

8. Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened items are non-refundable unless faulty. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

9. Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our liability in connection with any product is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Once an order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This does not signify acceptance of your order, which occurs only once goods are dispatched. All orders are subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to update product prices or correct errors at any time without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure checkout using a debit/credit card or PayPal.

3. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched by our trusted fulfilment partner using insured, trackable services.
• Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delays due to courier issues or high-volume periods are outside our control.
• We deliver only within the United Kingdom.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After this point, we cannot guarantee changes due to fast order processing and dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days. Products must be in original packaging and hygienically sealed where applicable.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, worn, or used.
