Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict returns policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all items. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions and authorisation. This helps ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all shrink wrapping and seals.
  
• Products not heat-sealed in their packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items with opened sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Lingerie and clothing items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
• A 25% restocking and admin fee will apply to any returns made due to change of mind or customer error (e.g., incorrect product ordered), provided the goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

If returned goods appear used, damaged, or fall outside of the above conditions, we reserve the right to return them to you without issuing a refund.

Faulty Items

• Please report faulty items within 30 days of purchase.
• For UK customers, we can provide a Freepost address for faulty returns—please contact us to obtain this.
• All returned items must be thoroughly cleaned before sending. Items returned in a dirty condition will not be inspected and will be refused.
• All products come with a one-year warranty. If a fault develops within three months, a refund or exchange is available. After three months, we offer exchanges only.
