Returns Policy


Due to the intimate nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy to protect the safety and hygiene of all customers. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Under UK consumer law, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from cancellation rights once the seal has been broken.



How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions and authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.



Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all shrink wrapping and seals.
  • Items with opened or broken seals cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For hygiene reasons, many intimate products that are not heat-sealed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated.
  • Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Lingerie and clothing items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • A 25% restocking and administration fee applies to returns made due to change of mind or customer error (for example, ordering the incorrect item), provided the goods are returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

If returned goods appear used, damaged, or fall outside of these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back without issuing a refund.



Faulty Items

  • Please report faulty items within 30 days of purchase.
  • For UK customers, we can provide a Freepost address for faulty returns — please contact us to arrange this.
  • Faulty items must be returned clean and hygienic. Items returned in an unhygienic condition may be refused for inspection.
  • All products come with a one-year warranty. If a fault develops within the first three months, a refund or replacement is available. After three months, replacements are offered in line with manufacturer warranties.
